Tralena is a daughter of the King & servant of Christ first. She is a leader, speaker, teacher, author, Success Coach, and always a learner with a passion for reaching as many people as she can with the message of the Kingdom.

After spending nearly 20 years in corporate America as a process improvement professional, Tralena began to realize in 2020 that corporate America wasn’t where she was created to cause impact, so she began to plan her exit. Several years later, in January of 2023, and after much prayer and preparation, she launched Tralena Shayron LLC and left corporate America for good in June of that same year. Through her coaching and consulting firm, she has helped many people like herself connect with their true identity, passion, and launch out to accomplish what God has created them to do. 

In October 2024, after feeling the nudge to launch again, Tralena established the THRIVE Network Inc., a ministry with the mission to equip Kingdom citizens for the work of kingdom ministry. Through the THRIVE Network Inc. she would continue in her passion to see people be who they were created to be. However, this time, exclusively for the Kingdom of God, ultimately to mobilize disciples.

Tralena is the author of several books and journals, namely ‘Becoming Kingdom,’ a memoir about her personal journey to finding true identity, and ‘I Know Who I Am: Identity Playbook,’ a manual and workbook for people to identify who they truly are. She holds an Associate of Science in Engineering, a Bachelor of Science in Management & Leadership, and a Masters in Business Administration.

Tralena has three adult sons and enjoys hiking, dancing, and having a good laugh in her free time. She is simply a woman sold out to doing the work of the Kingdom of God. Her greatest desire is to see God’s people know and live in their Kingdom identity.
