Tralena Razor is a servant, leader, speaker, teacher, author, and Personal Success Coach with a passion for helping as many people as she can to embrace their Kingdom identity and be successful at what God has commissioned them to do.

Tralena spent nearly 20 years in corporate America as a process improvement professional, helping organizations and people alike in various industries meet organizational and personal career goals. In 2020, when the lives of many around the world were shaken by the COVID-19 Pandemic, working as a Senior Leader in the IT Services Industry, she began to realize that there was a different way God was calling her to have an impact in the Earth. It was then that she began to plan her exit. Several years later, in January of 2023, she launched Tralena Shayron LLC, leaving corporate America in June of that same year to coach people on how to be their most authentic selves full-time. Through her coaching and consulting firm, she has helped many people like herself connect with their true identity, passion, and launch out to accomplish what God has created them to do. In October 2024, in alignment with her desire to see people walk in their true identity, Tralena launched the THRIVE Network Inc., a ministry with the mission to equip Kingdom citizens for the work of ministry. The THRIVE Network has a focus on initiatives that unify the Body of Christ and mobilize disciples to make disciples. 

She is the author of several books and journals, namely ‘Becoming Kingdom,’ a memoir about her personal journey to finding true identity, and ‘I Know Who I Am: Identity Playbook,’ a manual and workbook for others to identify who they truly are. She holds an Associate of Science in Engineering, a Bachelor of Science in Management & Leadership, and a Masters in Business Administration.

Tralena has three adult sons and enjoys hiking, dancing, and having a good laugh in her free time. She is simply a woman sold out to doing the work of the Kingdom of God. Her greatest desire is to see God’s people know and live in their Kingdom identity.
